Bu metin Lucivyra mobil uygulaması ve lucivyra.com sitesi için geçerlidir. Uygulama özel bir rüya günlüğüdür. Yapay zekâ yorumları isteğe bağlıdır. Bu site izleme çerezi kullanmaz.
2. Veri sorumlusu
Veri sorumlusu Selahattin İpek’tir (Hollanda). Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) uygulanır. Rüya metinleri hassas kişisel veri olarak ele alınır.
3. Topladığımız veriler
Hesap
- E-posta ve parola (parola Firebase Authentication tarafından işlenir; biz düz metin parola saklamayız).
- Google ile giriş seçersen Google hesabına bağlı kimlik ve e-posta.
- Firebase proje kimliği: lucivyra-app.
Rüyalar ve notlar (hassas içerik)
- Yazdığın rüya metinleri.
- Yapay zekânın ürettiği ilk yorumlar (psikolojik, dini, felsefi, sembolik).
- Senin eklediğin kişisel notlar (yapay zekâ değildir).
Cihazda yerel kopya
Uygulama rüyaların bir kopyasını cihazda SQLite ile tutabilir. Bu kopya senin cihazındadır; silme, yedekleme ve cihaz erişimi senin kontrolündedir.
İsteğe bağlı anonim paylaşım
Yalnızca sen açıkça paylaşırsan, rüya metni kimlik bilgisi olmadan herkese açık sharedDreams havuzuna yazılır. Hesap e-postan bu kayda bağlanmaz. Paylaşmazsan rüyan özel kalır.
Bu sitede
lucivyra.com reklam, analitik veya izleme çerezi kullanmaz. Zorunlu barındırma günlükleri (IP, tarayıcı) Vercel altyapısında kısa süre görünebilir; bunları pazarlama için kullanmayız.
4. Neden işleriz
- Hesabı oluşturmak ve giriş yapmak (sözleşmenin ifası).
- Günlüğü kaydetmek ve senkronize etmek (sözleşmenin ifası).
- İstediğinde yapay zekâ yorumu üretmek (sözleşmenin ifası; rüya metni işlenir).
- İstediğinde anonim paylaşım (açık rıza).
- Destek ve yasal yükümlülükler (meşru menfaat / yasal zorunluluk).
- Günde bir ücretsiz yorum kotasını uygulamak (sözleşmenin ifası).
Veri satmayız. Reklam ağına profil göndermeyiz. Rüyaları üçüncü kişilere pazarlama için vermeyiz.
5. İşleyenler ve aktarım
- Google Firebase — Authentication ve Firestore (özel rüyalar ve, paylaşırsan, anonim sharedDreams). Google, ABD merkezli bir işleyendir; uygun aktarım güvenceleri Google’ın şartlarına tabidir.
- OpenAI — Yapay zekâ yorumu istediğinde rüya metni, bizim arka ucumuz üzerinden OpenAI’ye işleyici olarak gider. OpenAI hesabın değildir; yorum üretmek için kullanılır.
- Vercel — Arka uç API ve bu site barındırması. lucivyra-backend ayrı bir projedir; bu pazarlama sitesi ayrıdır.
Yorum üretimi dışında rüya metnini başka yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına göndermeyiz.
6. Saklama
- Hesap ve özel rüyalar: hesap durduğu sürece Firestore’da.
- Yerel SQLite: uygulamayı veya veriyi silene kadar cihazda.
- Anonim paylaşılan kayıtlar: havuzda, sen kaldırmamızı isteyene veya yasal olarak silinmesi gerekene kadar. Kimlik bağlı olmadığı için silme, metin veya tarih gibi senin vereceğin ayrıntılarla yapılır.
- Yapay zekâ isteği: yorumu üretmek için iletilir; kalıcı eğitim için rüyalarını satmayız ve bunu amaçlamayız.
7. Silme ve hakların
Hesabını ve kişisel verilerini silmek için sniperexper@gmail.com adresine, kullandığın e-posta ile yaz. Makul sürede sileriz. GDPR kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, itiraz ve taşınabilirlik haklarını aynı adresten kullanabilirsin. Hollanda / AB denetim makamına şikayet hakkın saklıdır.
8. Çocuklar
Lucivyra 13 yaşın altındakiler için değildir. 13–16 yaş arası, bulunduğu ülkenin kurallarına göre veli onayı gerekebilir.
9. Güvenlik
Giriş Firebase ile korunur. Özel rüyalar hesabına bağlı Firestore kurallarıyla saklanır. Anonim paylaşım kimlik taşımaz. Yine de hiçbir sistem mutlak güvenli değildir.
10. Google Play Veri güvenliği ve Apple gizlilik özeti
Mağaza formlarını bu politika ile uyumlu doldurun:
- Toplanan: e-posta, kullanıcı kimliği, rüya ve not metinleri (kullanıcı içeriği; hassas olabilir), uygulama içi etkinlik (yorum kotası).
- Amaç: uygulama işlevi, hesap.
- Paylaşım: veri satışı yok. İşleyiciler: Google Firebase, OpenAI (yorum isteğinde), Vercel (barındırma).
- İsteğe bağlı: anonim herkese açık paylaşım yalnızca kullanıcı eylemiyle.
- Cihazda: SQLite yerel depolama.
- Güvenlik: aktarımda şifreleme (HTTPS). Hesap zorunlu.
- Silme: destek e-postası.
- Takip / reklam: yok. Bu sitede izleme çerezi yok.
11. Değişiklikler
Politikayı bu sayfada güncelleriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulamada veya e-posta ile haber vermeye çalışırız.

Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy covers the Lucivyra mobile app and lucivyra.com. Lucivyra is a private dream journal. AI interpretations are optional. This website does not use tracking cookies.
2. Controller
The data controller is Selahattin İpek (Netherlands). The EU GDPR applies. Dream text is treated as sensitive personal data.
3. Data we process
Account
- Email and password (passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; we do not store plaintext passwords).
- If you choose Google sign-in: Google account identifier and email.
- Firebase project: lucivyra-app.
Dreams and notes (sensitive content)
- Dream text you write.
- First-pass AI interpretations (psychological, religious, philosophical, symbolic).
- Your later personal note (not generated by AI).
On-device copy
The app may keep a local SQLite copy of your dreams on your device. That copy stays on the device; deletion, backups, and device access are under your control.
Optional anonymous sharing
Only if you opt in, dream text is written to a public sharedDreams pool without identity. Your account email is not attached to that record. If you do not share, the dream remains private.
This website
lucivyra.com does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Hosting logs (IP, user-agent) may appear briefly on Vercel infrastructure; we do not use them for marketing.
4. Why we process data
- Create and sign in to an account (performance of a contract).
- Store and sync your journal (performance of a contract).
- Generate an AI interpretation when you ask (performance of a contract; dream text is processed).
- Anonymous public sharing when you opt in (consent).
- Support and legal duties (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
- Enforce one free AI interpretation per calendar day (performance of a contract).
We do not sell your data. We do not send profiles to ad networks. We do not use dreams for third-party marketing.
5. Processors and transfers
- Google Firebase — Authentication and Firestore (private dreams and, if you share, anonymous sharedDreams). Google is a US-based processor; transfers follow Google’s terms and applicable safeguards.
- OpenAI — When you request an interpretation, dream text is sent through our backend to OpenAI as a processor. You do not need an OpenAI account; it is used only to generate the interpretation.
- Vercel — Hosts the backend API and this site. lucivyra-backend is a separate project from this marketing site.
We do not send dream text to other AI providers except for that interpretation request.
6. Retention
- Account and private dreams: in Firestore while the account exists.
- Local SQLite: on the device until you delete the app or the data.
- Anonymously shared items: in the public pool until you ask us to remove them (identify the text or date, since no account is attached) or until we must delete them by law.
- AI requests: transmitted to produce the interpretation. We do not sell dreams for model training and do not intend that use.
7. Deletion and your rights
To delete your account and personal data, email sniperexper@gmail.com from the address on the account. We will delete within a reasonable time. You may also exercise GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability at the same address. You may complain to a Dutch / EU supervisory authority.
8. Children
Lucivyra is not for children under 13. Ages 13–16 may need parental consent depending on local law.
9. Security
Sign-in is handled by Firebase. Private dreams are stored under account-scoped Firestore rules. Anonymous shares carry no identity. No system is perfectly secure.
10. Google Play Data safety and Apple privacy nutrition labels
Store forms should match this policy:
- Collected: email, user ID, dream and note text (user content; may be sensitive), app activity (interpretation quota).
- Purpose: app functionality, account.
- Sharing: no data sale. Processors: Google Firebase, OpenAI (when you request an interpretation), Vercel (hosting).
- Optional: anonymous public sharing only by user action.
- On device: SQLite local storage.
- Security: encryption in transit (HTTPS). Account required.
- Deletion: via support email.
- Tracking / advertising: none. No tracking cookies on this site.
11. Changes
We will update this page when the policy changes. For material changes we will try to notify you in the app or by email.
